We process personal data only to the extent necessary for operating the website, handling inquiries, initiating contracts, providing the platform, billing or ensuring service security. Relevant legal bases include Article 6(1)(b), (c), (f) and, where required, (a) GDPR.

When our website is accessed, technically necessary data is processed, in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and transmitted data volume. Processing is carried out to provide the website securely, stably and without errors.

The website and platform are operated on our own server infrastructure. The technical infrastructure is provided via Hetzner. Where required, we conclude data processing agreements with service providers in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

If you contact us, we process the data you provide, for example business name, contact person, email address, telephone number, preferred package, message and further information related to your request. Processing is carried out to handle your inquiry and to initiate a contract.

If a business uses registration or manual activation, we process the data required for setup, in particular business data, contact details, login data, selected plan, website and menu configuration and technical metadata.

For database, authentication, file storage and platform functions, we use a self-operated platform environment on our own server infrastructure. Depending on usage, this may include user accounts, email addresses, roles, tenant data, configurations, images, logos, menu content, orders and technical log data.

Stripe may be used for online payments, subscriptions and payment status handling. Payment and billing-related data may be processed, such as name, email address, payment status, customer number, subscription ID, checkout session and payment method. Sensitive payment data is entered directly with Stripe.

We use technically necessary cookies and local storage for core functions such as login, security, shopping cart, language, cookie preferences and session handling. Analytics or marketing tools are only loaded after active consent.

Fonts are delivered locally through this website. No connection to Google Fonts is established when fonts are loaded. Images and media may be provided through our platform or via tenant uploads.

Personal data may be transmitted to technical service providers, hosting providers, payment providers, email providers, IT maintenance, tax advisors or public authorities, insofar as this is necessary for the stated purposes or required by law.

We store personal data only as long as required for the respective purposes. Inquiries are generally deleted once they have been conclusively processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Subject to the statutory requirements, data subjects have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. If processing is based on consent, that consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
